Because each JollyPurse is crafted and sourced to keep that boutique-quality finish, please allow 12-14 business days for your order to be made and shipped (occasionally a little longer during the busy Christmas period). We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Every JollyPurse is quality-checked before it's packed and shipped. If your bag ever arrives faulty or not as described, we'll make it right — just reach out and we'll organise a replacement or refund free of charge, no questions asked.
